Owen Small
Managing Director - MARN 0214497
Owen Small brings more than 25 years of experience in the migration advice industry. His career began in June 1999 with the Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs (now the Department of Home Affairs) at the Australian High Commission in London. During this time, he gained extensive insight into visa processing, policy interpretation and international casework.
Owen later moved into private practice, joining Overseas Emigration Visas in Edinburgh, Scotland, where he served as a Director for eight years. He then returned to Australia with his wife, establishing Overseas Emigration Visas Australia before taking on the role of Migration Team Manager at Ferguson Cannon Lawyers for four and a half years.
Since July 2014, Owen has been the Managing Director of Small World Migration, providing expert guidance across Skilled, Employer‑Sponsored, Family, Student and Business visa categories. Over the course of his career, Owen has assisted more than 10,000 applicants in successfully migrating to Australia.
Having personally navigated the migration process when relocating from the UK and sponsoring his British spouse, Owen understands the emotional highs and lows clients experience. His combination of professional expertise and lived experience allows him to deliver advice that is both accurate and empathetic.
Owen has been a Registered Migration Agent since 2002 and is a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA). His commitment to ethical conduct, honest advice and transparent communication underpins the values of Small World Migration.

Natalie Frost
Migration / Administration Assistant
Natalie joined Small World Migration in June 2017 and plays a key role in administration, client support and file processing. She holds legal assistant qualifications from the Law Society of NSW and brings more than 35 years of experience working in leading law firms across Sydney, Melbourne and the Sunshine Coast.
Natalie has a proven track record of delivering high‑level administrative support in fast‑paced legal environments. Dedicated, approachable and highly organised, she takes pride in helping clients achieve successful outcomes and represents Small World Migration with professionalism and care.
